TRUE Filter: Air Cartridge

Do you have the TRUE Water Management System on your Jacuzzi Hot Tub? Available as an option on 2024 LX and J-400 Collection Hot Tubs, and standard on those same 2025+ models, the TRUE System is unlike any other. Using nanobubble technology, this system scrubs your water with active oxygen eliminating 99% of the traditional chlorine required for a portable hot tub.  

One very important component of your TRUE System, is the air filter.  It is designed to be replaced every 4-6 months and dries the incoming air prior to it entering the system.  Failure to regularly replace the air cartridge could result in an unnecessary, non-warranty service call.
